December 26, 1989 – United Express Flight 2415, a Jetstream 31 operated by North Pacific Airlines, crashed on approach to Pasco Airport, killing all 6 on board. October 29, 1960 – a Curtiss C-forty six operated by Arctic Pacific was carring the Cal Poly Mustangs football crew when it misplaced control and crashed on takeoff from Toledo Express Airport.
