Kebijakan pembatasan kegiatan hiburan selama bulan suci bertujuan untuk menjaga suasana ketenangan dan kesalehan umat beragama di wilayah tersebut, namun tampaknya aturan tersebut tidak diindahkan oleh pengelola tempat hiburan tersebut.Dari segi fisik bangunan, One Two Six juga menimbulkan kekhawatiran. Tempat ini terbentuk dari penggabungan beberapa unit ruko menjadi satu kesatuan gedung besar. Hal ini diduga melanggar aturan tata bangunan yang berlaku, dan diperkuat dengan informasi bahwa tempat tersebut belum memiliki Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (PBG) yang sah. PBG sendiri merupakan dokumen wajib yang menjamin keamanan, keselamatan, dan kelayakan fungsi bangunan sesuai peraturan.
Menanggapi hal ini, Zaen selaku perwakilan manajemen One Two Six menyatakan kepada wartawan pada 28 April 2026 bahwa pihaknya sudah memiliki izin untuk mengoperasikan tempat hiburan tersebut. Namun pernyataan ini langsung dibantah oleh Eti Sulastini dari Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Kabupaten Tangerang. Menurutnya, pihak pengelola memang sudah mengajukan permohonan izin, namun instansi terkait sama sekali belum melakukan peninjauan langsung ke lokasi untuk verifikasi kelayakan.
Kendati permohonan izin sudah masuk, hingga saat ini izin resmi belum dapat diterbitkan karena adanya penolakan keras dari warga sekitar. Masyarakat mengkhawatirkan dampak keberadaan tempat hiburan tersebut terhadap ketenteraman lingkungan, keamanan, serta dampak lain yang mengganggu kenyamanan kehidupan sehari-hari. Penolakan ini menjadi salah satu pertimbangan utama instansi terkait dalam menunda penerbitan izin usaha.
Jhuno Galaksi, aktivis pemerhati kebijakan publik Kabupaten Tangerang, menegaskan bahwa pemerintah harus menindak tegas kasus ini dan tidak boleh menutup mata terhadap berbagai pelanggaran yang terjadi. Ia menekankan bahwa tempat usaha yang beroperasi tanpa izin berarti juga tidak memenuhi kewajiban membayar pajak kepada daerah. Menurut Vincent, strategi pemilihan bisnis menjadi semakin penting dalam kondisi ekonomi yang dinamis. Pemodal perlu melihat kualitas usaha, sektor industri, arus kas, rekam jejak manajemen, prospek pertumbuhan, serta kemampuan penerbit dalam menjalankan kewajibannya secara berkelanjutan. Misalnya memilih investasi pada industri yang relevan dengan kondisi saat ini seperti industri kendaraan listrik, kebutuhan pokok seperti makanan dan minuman, serta proyek yang berasal dari ekosistem pembiayaan supply chain dari korporasi.
Dalam satu tahun terakhir, industri SCF mencatat pertumbuhan yang signifikan. Total penghimpunan dana meningkat dari sekitar Rp1,53 triliun pada Desember 2024 menjadi lebih dari Rp2,1 triliun per April 2026. Jumlah penerbit juga meningkat 38% dari 804 menjadi 1.115 entitas, sementara jumlah pemodal mencapai lebih dari 198.000 pemodal.

Ia menekankan, konsep revitalisasi tidak hanya sebatas memugar bangunan fisik semata. Lebih dari itu, upaya ini bertujuan menghidupkan kembali nilai-nilai luhur kearifan lokal, toleransi, dan kebersamaan yang menjadi fondasi kuat keutuhan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI).
