In November 2015 the Council of Saskatchewan voted to ban vaping wherever smoking is banned, except for vape shops. By 2015, close to 50% of vaping trade present organizations promoted contests akin to cloud-chasing. In late November 2015, Bill forty four was handed by the National Assembly, which regulates e-cigarettes as tobacco products in Quebec, Canada. The revised EU Tobacco Products Directive came into effect May 2016 which regulates the sale and marketing of e-cigarettes.
