Namun apabila terbukti terdapat aktivitas penambangan di atas lahan yang legalitas penguasaannya belum jelas, maka penegakan sanksi pidana sesuai ketentuan perundang-undangan harus diterapkan tanpa pandang bulu. Kami mengimbau semua pihak untuk menghormati proses hukum agar situasi tetap kondusif,” ujarnya.
Landasan Hukum:
Aktivitas tersebut berpotensi ditinjau berdasarkan beberapa instrumen hukum yang berlaku, di antaranya:
Pasal 502 UU No. 1 Tahun 2023 (KUHP Nasional) tentang penggunaan tanah tanpa izin dari pihak yang berhak atau kuasanya yang sah.
Pasal 158 UU No. 3 Tahun 2020 tentang Perubahan atas UU Minerba, yang mengatur sanksi pidana bagi setiap orang yang melakukan penambangan tanpa izin (IUP/IPR), dengan ancaman pidana penjara maksimal 5 tahun dan denda paling banyak Rp100 miliar.
UU No. 51/Prp/1960 tentang Larangan Pemakaian Tanah Tanpa Izin yang Berhak atau Kuasanya.
LSM PBR dan LSM NIL, secara bersama-sama mendesak Satpol PP Kabupaten Lebak segera mengambil langkah preventif berupa penyegelan lokasi guna menjaga ketertiban umum, mencegah potensi kerusakan lingkungan, serta menghindari kerugian negara apabila aktivitas tersebut terbukti tidak memiliki izin resmi.
Hingga berita ini dirilis, pihak pengelola galian maupun perwakilan ahli waris Drs. Sukrisman belum memberikan keterangan resmi terkait polemik yang berkembang di masyarakat.

Penghentian KLH/BPLH Terhadap Operasional Boiler Biomassa PT Panca Kraft Pratama Nihil Hasil

LSM GMBI Wilter Banten menyoroti aktivitas PT Panca Kraft Pratama yang berlangsung sejak 1 Maret 2025 hingga 12 Februari 2026, yang diduga telah menimbulkan dampak merugikan bagi masyarakat sekitar.
Berdasarkan pengaduan warga, aktivitas perusahaan tersebut disinyalir berdampak pada kondisi sosial, lingkungan hidup, serta kenyamanan masyarakat dan sampai saat ini masih mengeluarkan Asap sementara KLH/BPLH sudah menyegel ujar Pihak warga menyampaikan kepada awak media.
LSM GMBI Wilter Banten menilai belum terlihat adanya tanggung jawab nyata dari pihak perusahaan atas dampak yang telah terjadi.
Ketua/Wakil/Perwakilan LSM GMBI Wilter Banten menegaskan bahwa pihaknya meminta PT Panca Kraf Pratama segera memberikan klarifikasi serta menyelesaikan persoalan secara terbuka dan bertanggung jawab.
“Apabila tidak ada itikad baik dari perusahaan, kami akan menempuh langkah lanjutan berupa permohonan Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) dengan instansi terkait. Jika RDP tidak menghasilkan solusi yang adil, maka kami siap menempuh jalur hukum,” tegasnya.
LSM GMBI Wilter Banten menyatakan, gugatan perdata akan diajukan ke Pengadilan Negeri Tangerang apabila tidak terdapat penyelesaian yang transparan dan berpihak kepada kepentingan masyarakat.
Langkah ini merupakan bentuk komitmen LSM GMBI dalam menjalankan fungsi kontrol sosial serta membela hak-hak masyarakat yang dirugikan akibat dugaan aktivitas industri yang tidak bertanggung jawab Sementara itu, Kadiv Investigasi DPP LSM GMBI, Harry Utha, turut menyampaikan sikap kerasnya terkait penanganan kasus tersebut. Ia menyesalkan tindakan penyegelan yang diduga hanya bersifat formalitas.
“Kami menilai penyegelan yang dilakukan terkesan hanya formalitas. Setelah kami melakukan investigasi lapangan, baru kemudian pihak Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup turun tangan. Namun ironisnya, tidak melihat dan tidak menuntut pertanggungjawaban atas kerugian masyarakat akibat polusi dan limbah yang diduga telah terjadi selama bertahun-tahun,” ujar Harry Utha.
Ia menegaskan bahwa DPP LSM GMBI akan meminta Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) dengan Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup guna membuka persoalan ini secara menyeluruh dan memastikan hak masyarakat tidak diabaikan.

Banjir dan Kerusakan Ekologis di Sumatera: Jejak Tindakan Manusia yang Menimpa
Bencana banjir yang melanda beberapa wilayah di Sumatera akhir-akhir ini menjadi bukti nyata dampak kerusakan ekologis yang semakin parah. Berdasarkan laporan terkini, kawasan pedalaman dan pesisir di beberapa provinsi di pulau terbesar kedua di Indonesia tersebut terendam air, mengakibatkan kerusakan pada hunian warga, lahan pertanian, serta infrastruktur publik. Ilustrasi digital berbasis AI yang menggambarkan kondisi tersebut mencerminkan kesusahan masyarakat yang harus menghadapi kehilangan harta benda dan harapan akibat bencana yang tidak hanya disebabkan oleh hujan ekstrem, tetapi juga jejak deforestasi yang telah menggerus kesuburan alam.
Hujan yang turun dengan intensitas tinggi pada bulan Januari lalu disebut-sebut sebagai pemicu langsung terjadinya banjir. Namun, analisis menyatakan bahwa faktor alamiah tersebut diperparah oleh perubahan lingkungan yang tidak terkendali. Lumpur dan genangan air yang meluap tak hanya datang dari curah hujan yang melimpah, tetapi juga karena hilangnya peran hutan sebagai penyangga alam. Pepohonan yang seharusnya menahan aliran air dan mengikat tanah kini semakin berkurang, membuat kawasan permukiman dan lahan pertanian menjadi lebih rentan terhadap bahaya banjir.
Perampokan hutan yang terjadi di Sumatera dan beberapa wilayah lain di Indonesia menjadi akar masalah utama kerusakan ekosistem. Aktivitas penebangan liar, konversi lahan hutan menjadi perkebunan atau lahan pertanian yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan, telah mengurangi luas tutupan hutan secara signifikan. Data menunjukkan bahwa laju deforestasi di beberapa kawasan Sumatera masih berada pada angka yang mengkhawatirkan, meskipun telah ada upaya pemerintah untuk mengendalikan praktik tersebut. Pelaku yang melakukan perampokan hutan masih banyak yang belum dapat ditemukan dan diadili secara hukum.
Dampak banjir tidak hanya terasa pada kerusakan fisik, tetapi juga pada kondisi sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Air yang tumpah ruah menyapu segala sesuatu yang ada di jalurnya, membuat ribuan warga harus mengungsi ke tempat penampungan sementara. Lahan pertanian yang tergenang menyebabkan gagal panen, sementara akses jalan dan transportasi terputus sehingga memperlambat distribusi bantuan serta aktivitas ekonomi sehari-hari. Kondisi ini semakin memperparah beban hidup masyarakat yang sudah berjuang menghadapi tantangan ekonomi.
Kondisi yang diabadikan dalam puisi karya Putu Oka Sukanta berjudul “Januari hujan curah air mata” menjadi cerminan dari kesedihan dan kekecewaan masyarakat terhadap situasi yang terjadi. Puisi tersebut menyatakan bahwa perampokan hutan belum mendapatkan konsekuensi yang tepat, sementara kemiskinan di kalangan masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar kawasan hutan semakin meningkat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masalah ekologis tidak dapat dipisahkan dari masalah sosial dan ekonomi yang saling terkait.
Pemerintah daerah dan pusat telah mengambil beberapa langkah untuk menangani dampak bencana serta mencegah terjadinya kejadian serupa di masa depan. Langkah-langkah tersebut antara lain penyediaan bantuan darurat bagi korban banjir, pembangunan infrastruktur pengendalian banjir seperti bendungan dan saluran drainase, serta peningkatan pengawasan terhadap aktivitas yang merusak hutan. Selain itu, juga dilakukan program penghijauan dan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya menjaga kelestarian alam.
Perubahan yang nyata dalam menjaga ekosistem Sumatera membutuhkan kerja sama dari semua pihak, mulai dari pemerintah, perusahaan, hingga masyarakat luas. Pentingnya kesadaran akan pentingnya hutan sebagai paru-paru dunia dan penyangga kehidupan harus terus ditingkatkan. Tanpa tindakan yang tegas dan komitmen bersama untuk melindungi alam, risiko bencana alam dan kerusakan ekologis akan terus mengancam keberlangsungan hidup generasi mendatang di pulau Sumatera dan seluruh Indonesia.

JAWILAN – Aliansi kuat terbentuk di Desa Pagintungan. Kecewa karena wilayahnya “diinjak-injak” oleh oknum pengusaha galian yang bertindak layaknya koboi, Ketua RW 05 Benisial “U”, tokoh masyarakat berinisial “R”.
Bersama Ketua Umum LSM NIL Michael, resmi menyatakan satu suara: Hentikan aktivitas galian atau hadapi perlawanan hukum dan massa!
Luka Hati Sang Ketua RW: “Hormati Kami Sebagai Tuan Rumah!”
Ketua RW 05, Unara, tak mampu menyembunyikan kekecewaannya. Baginya, persoalan ini bukan sekadar urusan tanah, tapi soal harga diri dan etika bertetangga yang dilanggar secara kasar oleh pihak perusahaan.
“Harapan kami sederhana, datanglah dengan adab. Sampaikan salam, minimal ‘Assalamu’alaikum’. Jangan tiba-tiba alat berat masuk tanpa kabar, seolah kami ini tidak ada,” ujar Unara dengan nada getir. Baginya, aksi perusahaan yang “tak beri salam” namun justru “beri ancaman sajam” adalah luka mendalam bagi warga Cikasantren.
Tokoh R: “Camat Saja Dilecehkan, Apalagi Warga Kecil?”
Senada dengan Unara, tokoh masyarakat berinisial R menyoroti mangkirnya pihak PT. AUM dan PT. Halal Tayib dari undangan mediasi Camat Jawilan sebagai bentuk pelecehan terhadap institusi negara.
“Camat adalah simbol pemerintah di sini. Jika undangan beliau saja dianggap angin lalu, itu adalah puncak kesombongan pengusaha. Mereka lebih memilih mengayunkan golok ke portal warga daripada duduk bersama di meja musyawarah. Inilah yang memicu bentrok!” tegas “R” dengan geram.

Melihat kondisi yang semakin memanas, Ketua Umum LSM NIL, Michael, langsung mengambil langkah “skakmat”. Ia memastikan bahwa air mata dan keresahan warga tidak akan sia-sia karena kini kasus tersebut telah mendarat di meja Bupati Serang.
“RW Unara bicara soal adab, Tokoh Berinial “R” bicara soal harga diri wilayah, dan saya bicara soal hukum. Kami sudah bersurat resmi ke Bupati dan mendesak Satpol PP selaku penegak Perda untuk segera bertindak. Tidak ada tempat bagi pengusaha yang memelihara premanisme di Kabupaten Serang!” terangnya.
Michael menambahkan bahwa bukti video perusakan portal oleh oknum berpedang kini menjadi senjata utama mereka di kepolisian. “Kami tidak main-main. Ini adalah ‘Lampu Merah’ bagi pengusaha tersebut. Berhenti sekarang, atau hukum yang akan menghentikan kalian secara paksa,” tutup Michael dalam orasi singkatnya di hadapan warga.
Satu Suara, Satu Tujuan
Kini, warga Pagintungan berada dalam satu komando. Mereka menuntut penghentian permanen aktivitas galian hingga seluruh proses perizinan transparan dan sengketa lahan diselesaikan tanpa intimidasi. Sejumlah Wilayah Berstatus Waspada dan Siaga Cuaca Ekstrem, BMKG Peringatkan Potensi Hujan Lebat Meluas hingga 14 Januari 2026
Wartapenasatu.com — Jakarta, Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) mengeluarkan peringatan dini cuaca nasional yang berlaku pada 12 hingga 14 Januari 2026. Sejumlah wilayah di Indonesia diperkirakan mengalami hujan dengan intensitas sedang hingga sangat lebat, disertai angin kencang yang berpotensi memicu bencana hidrometeorologi Senin (12/01/26).
Berdasarkan infografik peringatan dini hujan tanggal 14 Januari 2026, BMKG menetapkan status Waspada untuk wilayah Aceh, Sumatera Utara, Jambi, Sumatera Selatan, Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Bengkulu, Lampung, Banten, DKI Jakarta, DI Yogyakarta, Bali, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur, Kalimantan Selatan, Sulawesi Utara, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tenggara, Maluku Utara, Papua Barat, Papua, dan Papua Selatan. Status ini menunjukkan potensi hujan dengan intensitas sedang hingga lebat.
Sementara itu, status Siaga yang mengindikasikan hujan lebat hingga sangat lebat diperkirakan terjadi di Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, DI Yogyakarta, Jawa Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur, serta Papua Pegunungan. Untuk kategori Awas atau hujan sangat lebat hingga ekstrem, BMKG menyatakan tidak ada wilayah yang masuk dalam tingkat tersebut.
Selain potensi hujan, BMKG juga mengeluarkan peringatan dini angin kencang untuk wilayah Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Maluku, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur, dan Sulawesi Selatan.
BMKG juga memperkirakan sejumlah kabupaten dan kota yang berpotensi mengalami hujan lebat hingga sangat lebat selama periode tersebut. Wilayah yang terdampak meliputi wilayah di Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Bali, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur, hingga Papua Pegunungan, dengan sebaran yang berbeda pada 12, 13, dan 14 Januari 2026.
Cuaca ekstrem ini berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai bencana hidrometeorologi, seperti banjir, banjir bandang, tanah longsor, serta pohon tumbang akibat terpaan angin kencang.
“Kesiapan merupakan kunci dalam menghadapi potensi bencana hidrometeorologi dan cuaca ekstrem,” tulis BMKG dalam pernyataan resminya.
BMKG mengimbau masyarakat untuk terus memantau informasi cuaca terkini melalui situs resmi cuaca bmkg.go.id dan aplikasi InfoBMKG, serta segera melaporkan kejadian bencana di lingkungan sekitar melalui kanal pelaporan yang tersedia.

Koramil Kamal Kawal Napak Tilas Isyaroh Pendiri NU
WARTAPENASATUJATIM | Bangkalan – Pelabuhan ASDP Kecamatan Kamal, Kabupaten Bangkalan, menjadi titik awal pelaksanaan Napak Tilas Isyaroh Pendiri Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Minggu (4/1/26).
Sejak pagi, sekitar 1.000 jamaah mengikuti kegiatan bertema “Melangkah dengan Iman, Berjuang dengan Keikhlasan” yang dipimpin Ketua PCNU Bangkalan, KH. Makki Nasir, Lc.
Dalam kegiatan tersebut, Koramil 0829-03/Kamal melaksanakan pengamanan secara terpadu bersama unsur Polri, pihak ASDP, dan instansi terkait lainnya.
Sejumlah tokoh ulama dan pejabat turut hadir, di antaranya Pengasuh Ponpes Sukorejo Situbondo KH. R. Achmad Azaim Ibrahim, Kapolres Bangkalan beserta rombongan, Kepala Pos Polairud Kamal, Kepala ASDP Pelabuhan Kamal, serta para kiai dan ulama Bangkalan dan Kecamatan Kamal.
Rangkaian kegiatan diawali dengan tibanya peserta di Dermaga Pelabuhan Barat Kamal sekitar pukul 10.30 WIB.
Selanjutnya, pada pukul 12.00 WIB, rombongan Napak Tilas diberangkatkan menuju Pelabuhan Perak menggunakan kapal feri dan perahu dengan total 34 unit kapal.
Sebelumnya, sejak pukul 05.50 WIB hingga 12.10 WIB, rangkaian Napak Tilas juga telah dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Syaichona Kholil Bangkalan.
Danramil 0829-03/Kamal, Kapten Arm Muasari, menyampaikan bahwa pengamanan kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk komitmen TNI AD dalam memberikan rasa aman kepada masyarakat.
“Koramil Kamal berupaya maksimal memastikan seluruh rangkaian Napak Tilas Isyaroh Pendiri NU berjalan tertib, aman, dan lancar. Kami juga mengedepankan pendekatan humanis serta sinergi dengan seluruh unsur terkait demi kenyamanan para jamaah,” tegasnya.
